What you’ll be doing in this role?

The Dentist is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of high quality clinical duties within the scope of publicly funded and private dental services. 

The incumbent will provide clinical treatment to the clients of Latrobe Community Health Service in accordance with organisational clinical standards and policies and procedures.

Your work will include:

  • Perform dental procedures such as examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
  • Develop treatment plans and discuss them with clients, ensuring their understanding of proposed procedures and expected outcomes
  • Educate clients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment care to promote optimal oral health.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Appropriate Dental Qualification
  • AHPRA Registration 
  • Radiation Licence
  • A current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
