We are looking for a Mental Health Practitioner, who has a passion for working with vulnerable children and their carers and is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.   


The role involves working with children in out of home care residential units across Inner Gippsland that require mental health supports.  You will be working collaboratively with the PTGH nurse undertaking outreach and ensuring the children living in out of home care are provided with physical and mental health support.  Experience working with children and /or youth with a background of trauma, risky behaviours, drug and alcohol use and mental health conditions will be beneficial.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Psychology (Masters)
  • AHPRA Registration 
  • A current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • A current Working with Children Check
