Employee Relations Advisor

Located in Morwell or Hawthorn, full-time, fixed term (6 months)

We are looking for a dedicated professional with experience and subject matter expertise in managing employee and industrial relations matters.


As an Employee Relations Advisor, your role will involve managing employee relations cases end to end, ensuring fair, consistent and compliant workplace practices and supporting the organisation to build a positive and productive workplace culture.

Reporting to the Manager Employee Experience, this role will provide ER advice, manage grievances, support conflict resolution, policy development, union relations and interpretation of industrial instruments.

This role may involve travel state-wide to various office locations to engage with internal stakeholders using available fleet vehicles.

To be successful, you will require;

  • A current Working with Children Check
