What you’ll be doing in this role?
You’ll deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services across Community Health, Medicare, Home Care Packages, DVA and private streams — working with clients across the lifespan.
- Comprehensive assessment and individualised treatment planning
- Multidisciplinary case collaboration
- Clinic-based and home visit services
- Group programs and community engagement initiatives
