About the role
As a Dental Prosthetist with LCHS, you will:

  • Provide high-quality prosthetic services including fabrication, fitting, adjustment, and repair of removable prostheses and sports mouthguards

  • Collaborate with dentists, dental technicians and other oral health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

  • Support patients across a range of programs including the Community Dental Program, Child Dental Benefit Scheme, Smile Squad, Peninsula Health and Bass Coast Health agreements

  • Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of infection control, safety and compliance

  • Contribute to continuous improvement in service quality and patient care

 

About you
You are a qualified and registered Dental Prosthetist with:

  • An Advanced Diploma or Bachelor in Dental Prosthetics (or equivalent)

  • Current AHPRA registration and a Victorian driver’s licence

  • Strong knowledge of the Community Dental Program

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred and empathetic approach

  • The ability to thrive in a busy, team-based environment while managing competing priorities
