Assistant Manager – Oral Health | Full Time | Latrobe Community Health Service

 

At Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS), we believe in better health, better lifestyles, and strong, inclusive communities. We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager – Oral Health to help lead and elevate our dynamic Oral Health team.

  • Full-time, permanent position (76–80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO)

About the role:
You’ll support the Manager Oral Health to drive service performance, quality, and compliance. This key leadership role fosters operational excellence across multiple sites, championing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and patient-centred care. You’ll also play a vital role in workforce engagement, risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and innovation in oral health delivery.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Experience in health or dental services, with a sound understanding of quality, compliance, and operational performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in systems such as Titanium and HR/payroll platforms
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and inclusive community care

 

Desirable qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a dental-related discipline
  • Qualification in health management (or working towards)
