We are looking for a dedicated senior coordinator who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community
Reporting to the Manager Commonwealth Home Support & Carer Programs, the Senior Coordinator provides day to day senior practice support to the team in the delivery of high-quality evidence-based services to clients and or carers. You will be innovative, model a collaborative integrated person-centred approach and will be taking a lead role in quality improvement and other relevant projects. You will also support the team leaders in their work with staff to ensure compliance with policies, procedure and legislative requirements.
To be successful, you will require;
- A current Working with Children Check
- Great people skills, excellent written communication and time management skills
- Previous experience working in a senior position, in a fast paced environment.
- An understanding and experience in the HACC-PYP space
- Experience with My Aged Care Portal and processes
- Adaptability, Empathy, resourcefulness and to be able to uphold LCHS values – Providing Excellent Customer Service, Creating a Successful Environment, Providing a Personal Best & Acting with Utmost Integrity.
