Change Management Coordinator

Located in either East Melbourne or Gippsland (location negotiable), full-time, fixed term (2 years)

We are seeking an experienced change management coordinator to join the Digital Health team in delivering high profile strategic projects.


LCHS is one of the largest community health providers in Victoria, with sites covering 7 different regions across Victoria. This position is part of the Digital Health projects team, delivering technology projects within the business.

 

This role requires a dynamic, well organised person who has excellent communication skills, with experience coordinating change requirements within a project. The chosen applicant will take a lead role in developing and implementing the change management requirements for projects, working across the relevant business areas to create a smooth change and adoption experience for all stakeholders.

 

To be successful, you will require;

  • Victorian Driver's Licence 
  • A current Working with Children Check
