About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist within our Paediatric Team, you will work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality assessment, therapy, and family-centred interventions for children across our community programs. Depending on your experience and grade, you may work across:
- Children’s Services: Multidisciplinary assessments, individual therapy, group programs, and parent capacity-building.
- School Readiness Program: Supporting kindergarten educators and parents through capacity-building, professional development, and onsite support.
- Neurodevelopmental Assessment Clinic: Conducting assessments to support neurodevelopmental disorder diagnosis (such as the ADOS) and contributing to diagnostic case conferences.
- Feeding Clinic: Supporting children with feeding and swallowing challenges in a multidisciplinary clinic.
- Pathways to Good Health Clinic: Assessing children in out-of-home care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and dynamic workload.
- Experience working with children and families
- Experience in community health, schools or early years settings (highly regarded).
