We have an exciting opportunity for a Support at Home Consultant to join our team to lead the development of Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS) Support at Home (SaH) growth.
This is a unique position that will allow the successful applicant to be involved in expanding the business, with expert support from a well-established team. If you are motivated and committed to providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our aged care services in Gippsland
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including individuals and families seeking Support at Home Services
- Ensure a smooth transition for clients by coordinating with internal teams during the onboarding process
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust sales strategies as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
To be successful, you will require;
- A current Working with Children Check
- A current drivers licence
