We are looking for a passionate Allied Health Assistant who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.

This highly valued role sits within the multidisciplinary team under within the Chronic Disease management team in Integrated Primary Health Services - Gippsland. The expectation of this role is to provide advice, support and education to individuals and groups in relation to the management of Diabetes. In addition, contribution to continuous quality improvement projects and developing positive stakeholder relationships is required.

This role requires the ability to deliver clinical services under public and MBS funding stream.

To be successful, you will require;

  •      Post graduate certificate in Diabetes Education – Nursing or Allied Health Degree
  •      Credentialed via ADEA
  •          

    Victorian driver’s licence

  • §        Current Working with Children Check
