Aged Care Assessor (Clinical)

Location: Bairnsdale

Are you a Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional with a bachelor’s degree looking for a flexible and rewarding role?

Our Aged Care Assessments team is growing, and we are seeking skilled and compassionate Clinical Assessors to join us in permanent part-time (0.6 EFT) and casual positions.


About the Role: 

You will conduct comprehensive, person-centred assessments for frail older people and younger individuals with age-related disabilities. The role includes developing personalised support plans, applying reablement strategies, managing referrals, maintaining documentation, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

You will also contribute to triage, quality improvement, and support new team members.

About You: 

  • A Bachelor degree in Social Work, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Nursing

  • Relevant professional registration

  • A current Victorian Driver’s Licence

  • A current Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Aged care assessment experience (highly regarded)
