We are seeking a Podiatrist to join our team, if you have passion to improve the health of our community, want to hear from you. LCHS has a busy Podiatry service and we are confident you will find job satisfaction with our diverse client base.

Our integrated service model will continually expose you to other health professionals, meaning you will  provide your podiatric expertise as part of a holistic solution for patients. You’ll be exposed to more learning opportunities to enhance your career, while gaining deep satisfaction from witnessing the results of your talents and effort in your patients.

Within our team, the opportunity also exists to be involved in an new collaborative high risk foot service between with Latrobe Community Health Service and Latrobe Regional Health. Senior clinical leadership and mentoring will be provided by a Senior Podiatrist to ensure you are well supported within the role. Due to the collaborative nature of the service, this role provides the successful candidate the opportunity to work across both community and acute hospital settings to support the High Risk Foot Service and improve diabetes-related foot disease outcomes for the region.

For the right applicant we can also offer guidance and mentoring through the endorsed scheduled medicine prescribing process. 

As an Integrated Primary Health Service (IPHS) - Gippsland Podiatrist you will be supported by a senior podiatrist, Team Lead Allied Health  and report to the Manager of IPHS - Gippsland. You will provide services in 1:1 consults, multidisciplinary clinic settings and groups to a wide range of clients where opportunities for quality improvement and collaboration is encouraged.

We are looking for a dynamic Podiatrist to join our team, on a salary or as a contractor. If you have passion to improve the health of our community and experience in private practice, want to hear from you. LCHS has a busy Podiatry service and you can walk into full clinic days, and as contractor you would have opportunity to grow your client base.

*Relocation assistance, including accommodation & personal vehicle use of a fleet car may be offered for the successful candidate.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Tertiary qualification in Podiatry
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Victorian driver’s licence
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • First Aid Certificate
