We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced person who enjoys a diverse workload with lots of variety, working in the Support at Home program.
The responsibilities of a care advisor are varied, and each day brings new challenges. As a member of a larger team, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring that you provide the necessary support for them to safely stay at home while working towards their goals.
To be successful, you will require;
- Appropriate qualifications compliant with Australian Qualifications Framework (e.g. Diploma of Case Management and/or Community Services/Nursing/ or related field.
- A current Working with Children Check
- Vicotiran Driver's Licence
