What you’ll be doing in this role?

The Dietitian works within a multidisciplinary team to provide individual consultation and group education for adults in a patient-centred approach. This includes service provision to clients eligible for services under funding streams such as Community Health, HACC, Private health, Medicare Benefits Schedule, Department of Veterans Affairs and Aged Care packages.

 

Your work will include:

  • Undertake assessment, planning, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement related to the provision of Dietetic services.
  • Develop treatment goals and plans with every client, inclusive of other team members involved in the care and management of the client.
  • Promote healthy dietary behaviours in the community for chronic disease prevention/management

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Tertiary qualification in Dietetics
  • Dietitian Accreditation 
  • A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
