The Service Access Officer with Latrobe Community Health Service aims to provide information and intake support to clients who require support from Link Health and Community to improve and maintain their health and/ or independence.


Service Access Officers are responsible for referral intake, initial needs identification, risk assessment and client prioritisation to ensure the client within our communities are assisted with their goals. Support and advice is required to facilitate appropriate referrals to internal and external agencies as required.

 

To be successful, you will require;

  • Previous experience working within the health and/or community sector 
  • Certificate III to IV Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
  • A current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • A current Working with Children Check
