At Latrobe Community Health Service you’ll be part of a positive and passionate workplace. We’re dedicated to providing you with career opportunities through work that is rewarding and meaningful within the community.

The right candidate will have skills in facilitation, community engagement and co-design. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is patient, kind and resilient; you will be working with LCHS clients from all walks of life to help them shape our services.

Latrobe Community Health Service is a secular, not-for-profit community health service. We are also seeking to be sector leaders in incorporating the voices of our customers in the design and improvement of our health services. But we want to do more. To achieve this, we're looking for a Customer Voice Group Coordinator to serve as a bridge between our Customer Voice Representatives, and our staff who are designing or improving health services. This is a new role that is guided by the strategic direction set by our Customer Voice and Lived Experience Lead.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Customer Voice Group Coordinator include:

  • Lead customer and community engagement activities and work with Customer Voice Representatives to turn feedback into usable insights
  • Provide support and upskilling to both Customer Voice Representatives, and LCHS staff working with Customer Voice Representatives
  • Provide essential day-to-day administration support (such as planning workshops and activities, arranging payment of Customer Voice Representatives)

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape positive change in the community.

If you're not sure whether you meet all of the criteria in the position description, or you'd like to know more about the role, please contact Dominic McInerney, Manager Customer Insights & Engagement on 0428 584 809.
