We are looking for a professional who is passionate about supporting individuals with co-occuring mental health and substance use challenges.
The Dual Diagnosis Clinician will focus on providing outreach support to individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues. This role is part of the Homes First program, which aims to assist individuals at risk or experiencing chronic homelessness to achieve stable, long-term housing.
To be successful, you will require;
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Nursing or a related community services discipline.
- Certificate IV in AOD or completion of core competencies within two years of employment.
- Registration or eligibility for membership with relevant profession/discipline body (if applicable).
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Victoria Drivers Licence
