- Cash Salary of $107,000 to $114,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus super and salary packaging benefit

Are you a passionate advocate for customer voice and co-design? Do you believe that lived experience should be at the heart of health and community services? Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking a warm, empathetic person to lead our efforts to incorporate the voice of our customers into all aspects of our organisation.
As the Customer Voice and Experience Lead, you will work closely with customers, staff and stakeholders to ensure customer voices are heard and acted upon through meaningful engagement, co-design initiatives and strategic collaboration. You’ll take the lead in implementing our Customer Voice Group strategy, fostering community and staff involvement, and building strong partnerships across Latrobe Community Health Service.
In this role you will integrate customer perspectives into our service delivery and organisational planning, ensuring that we hear from the full breadth and diversity of the communities we serve.
- You’ll bring exceptional facilitation and communication skills, an understanding of co-design principles, and the ability to build consensus across diverse groups.
- The successful candidate will have direct experience working with a consumer panel / group / advisory board, preferably in a health setting.
- As well as technical expertise, the successful candidate will be energised by collaboration, driven by empathy, and excited by the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
