- Total remuneration package of $96,528 to $105,006 per annum including superannuation and the full optional benefit of salary packaging.

As a Commonwealth Home Support Coordinator, you will assist older people to stay at home for longer by providing the support they need.
To be successful, you will require;
- Tertiary or certificate IV qualification in a relevant health field
- A current Working with Children Check
