- Cash Salary of $82,000 - $85,000 per annum dependent on experience plus superannuation and the full optional benefit of salary packaging.

You’ll play a critical part in supporting the People, Learning and Culture team to take a strategic approach to improving LCHS’ overall effectiveness, adaptability and ‘health’. You will contribute to people centric processes, support change readiness and cultural initiatives and drive the overall employee experience. With a data driven approach, you’ll continuously be looking for improvements and opportunities to introduce best practice around policies, processes and every day work.
Whilst a stand-alone role, your success will be built off your ability to collaborate and partner with others and inspire those around you as you lead and support projects and initiatives aimed at driving engagement and wellbeing by improving every aspect of our employees’ days. Finally, you’ll be the voice of PLC and champion of our people, advocating for them at every turn and driving diversity, equity and inclusion.
To be successful, you will require;
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or similar will be highly regarded
- Experience in Project or Change Management will be highly regarded but not essential, as will exposure to SAP SuccessFactors
- A current Working with Children Check
