At Latrobe Community Health Service you’ll be part of a positive and passionate workplace. We’re dedicated to providing you with career opportunities through work that is rewarding and meaningful within the community.

Are you a skilled writer with a passion for securing funding that makes a real impact? Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS) is seeking a Tenders and Grants Coordinator to drive our efforts in securing new funding from federal and state governments, as well as philanthropic sources.

In this role you will research, coordinate, and write compelling grant applications and tender submissions. You will be instrumental in gathering information from internal stakeholders, developing persuasive proposals, and managing bid timelines.

You will also play a key role in enhancing the grant-seeking capabilities of LCHS program managers by developing frameworks, templates, and a well-maintained information library. You will train and support staff to navigate the tender process effectively, equipping them with the skills to write funding submissions. Additionally, you will track and report on application success rates, refine submission processes, and identify new funding opportunities to grow organisational income.
