We are looking for a passionate health professional who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.
As a SETS Worker you will be working with humanitarian entrants and other vulnerable migrants who are newly arrived to assist in building the skills and knowledge to address their settlement needs. The role requires you to be able to provide sensitive case management and also to build social, economic and personal wellbeing through groups, activities and events.
This is a pivotal role in the Multicultural Team and will involve having an integrated approach to your work with your colleagues.
You will ideally have a background in working with diverse groups of people and a strong passion for making a difference for the various multicultural communities across Gippsland.
To be successful, you will require;
- Relevant tertiary qualification or appropriate skills and experience
- A current Working with Children Check
