LCHS is one of the largest community health providers in Victoria, with sites covering 7 different regions across Victoria. This position is part of the Digital Health projects team, delivering technology projects within the business.


Reporting to the Team Lead Digital Business Partners, the Project Implementation Coordinator supports strategic change across the organisation as part of the Digital Transformation team. This role is responsible for coordinating the implementation of key project initiatives, leading system testing and training activities, and ensuring project milestones are met. Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders, the Coordinator will manage schedules, mitigate risks, maintain documentation, and support change management efforts to ensure successful project outcomes.
