The Caseworker will work within the Integrated Family Services team of the Family Safety Services program to promote the safety, stability and development of vulnerable children and young people. The Caseworker will coordinate relevant services to support families to build their parenting capacity to support the wellbeing of their children.
The Caseworker will utilise the “Best Interests Framework” to develop Child and Family Action Plans and support Families to achieve the agreed goals.
The Caseworker will collaborate effectively with the Inner East Family Services Alliance, community organisations and Child Protection.
To be successful, you will require;
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- A current Working with Children Check
- Victorian Driver Licence
