Seniors Lifestyle Victoria Team Lead & Development Officer

As the Team Lead & Development Officer for the Seniors Lifestyle Victoria (SLV) program you will provide day to day leadership and support to the Seniors Lifestyle Victoria program coordinators in the delivery of high-quality evidence-based services to participants.
You will have responsibility for the efficient and effective development of the SLV program, including developing the service framework, contributing to the local implementation plan and meeting full project performance milestones.
You will take a lead role in developing program quality evaluations and implementing improvements.
You will also identify emerging trends, gaps and opportunities in the Community Health sector and recommend strategies to improve service quality, cultural safety and alignment with national aged care reforms.

Who we are looking for;

  • Someone with high level of computer literacy and proficiency in use of Microsoft programs and the internet
  • Someone with the ability to rapidly deploy new programs & initiate program activities.
  • Someone who has high-level problem-solving skills and the ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative in identifying a range of alternative solutions to complex situations and tasks
  • Someone with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • You will be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful and be able to uphold the LCHS values - Providing Excellent Customer Service, Creating a Successful Environment, Providing Personal Best and Acting with Utmost Integrity.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Victorian Driver's Licence
  • A current Working with Children Check
