Student Placement – Volunteer Program (People, Learning & Culture Team)
Are you studying Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields? Want practical experience in a professional team supporting volunteers and workforce development? Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS) is inviting students to join our Volunteer Program as part of the People, Learning & Culture team.
About the Placement
This placement offers hands-on exposure to:
- Volunteer coordination and program support
- HR processes and administration
- Recruitment, onboarding, and training activities
- Engagement initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture
You’ll work closely with our team, gain practical skills in administration, HR, and volunteer management, and make a meaningful contribution to community programs.
Who Can Apply
We welcome students:
- Studying Business Administration, Business Certificates, or Human Resources at any level (TAFE or university)
- Interested in gaining experience in HR, administration, and volunteer management
- Able to meet placement documentation requirements and contribute to team projects
