What you’ll be doing in this role?
Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team. Based across Glen Waverley and Oakleigh, you’ll deliver meaningful community-based care while working alongside experienced professionals who are dedicated to client-centred practice.
Â
Your work will include:
- Conduct home and functional assessments
- Prescribe equipment and home modifications
- Educate clients on falls prevention and energy conservation
- Support client independence through evidence-based intervention
- Work under a variety of funding streams – no TAC, Workcover or NDIS
Â
What we’re looking for:Â
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration or equivalent professional membership/registration
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee) or VIT Registration
- Â
