Administration Officer

What you’ll be doing in this role

In this role, you will support the day-to-day administrative operations for Oral Health, ensuring a high level of customer service for clients and administrative tasks. You will work collaboratively with our administration and client services team to maintain efficient workflows.

Your work will include:
• Assisting with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Maintaining accurate client records and data entry in clinical systems
• Supporting administrative tasks

What you’ll need

• Previous experience in dental or healthcare administration (preferred)
• Strong computer skills essential
• A current Victorian Driver’s Licence (desirable)
• A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
• Police Check

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
• A professional and empathetic approach when engaging with clients
• Reliable availability to work Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
