We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our Integrated Primary Health team and help improve the health and wellbeing of people across Gippsland.


What you'll do;

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and nutritional care to a diverse client base
  • Deliver individual consultations and group education using a person - centred approach
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary team supporting chronic disease prevention and management
  • Work across multiple funding streams including Community Health, CHSP, MBS and Aged Care

What you'll bring;

  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Dietitian Accreditation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for empowering people to make positive health changes
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
