Service Coordinator

We are currently seeking three Service Coordinators to join our busy service coordination team who are the first point of contact for our clients.


The Service Coordinator will be responsible for organising aspects of the Home Care Package services for our clients, based on assessments completed by the Care Advisors. This role involves liaising with clients, families, providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Problem-solving: The ability to analyse problems, identify potential solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • Team player: The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Professionalism: A professional demeanour, with a commitment to ethical behaviour, integrity, and confidentiality.
