Carer Support Coordinator

Located in Sale or other LCHS sites (negotiable), part-time, permanent

  • On-going 4 days per week available in our Carer Program 
  • Attractive hourly base rate of $40.6150 to $41.4508 plus super and the optional benefit of salary packaging

We are looking for a passionate Carer Support Coordinator who is looking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.


The Carer Support Coordinator role involves working closely with carers to assess their needs, provide information and resources and connect them with relevant support services. The Carer Support Coordinator will also collaborate with other community organisation and service providers to enhance the overall support available to carers.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Empathy and great listening skills
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively
  • A sound understanding of the needs of carers
  • Victorian Driver Licence
  • A current Working with Children Check
