What you’ll be doing in this role?

Be the first point of contact and play a key role in supporting vital healthcare services in a positive, fast-paced GP clinic environment. Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking a dedicated Client Services Officer to join our friendly team in Glen Waverley and Oakleigh.

Bring your strong communication, time management, and admin skills to a meaningful role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage front-desk reception, client appointments, high-volume calls, and general administrative tasks that directly support our clients and health professionals.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in reception or customer service in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Intermediate IT literacy (Microsoft Office, database navigation)
  • A calm, positive attitude with a passion for helping people
